Born in 1980, Nergis Öztürk is a graduate of the Theater Department at the Faculty of Language, History, and Geography at Ankara University. She made her acting debut with the Golden Orange Award-winning film 'Killing The Shadows' and continued her career in cinema with several notable films such as 'At the Bar', 'Inside', 'Red İstanbul', and Bergen. In 2009, she won the Best Actress award at the 46th International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival and the 17th Adana Golden Koza Film Festival for her role in the film 'Envy'. Öztürk, who has starred in many theater productions, appeared in both national and digital TV series such as Hatırla Sevgili, Doktorlar, 'The Judgement', 'The Yard', and Şahsiyet. Nergis Öztürk has a son named Yaman.
