Talent Co. is an agency company founded by Ayça Kardeş and co-founded by Ilkay Doğan, each of whom works with a team of experts in their field. It represents the leading actors, directors and screenwriters of Turkey and aims to bring in the new talents to the sector.

After graduating from the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University, she studied theater acting and camera acting. For 10 years, she was the general coordinator at the Academy 35Buçuk Art Platform. She has discovered young talents, new faces and brought in many new people to the sector. She took part in several different successful productions and worked as cast director between 2019-2021.

While studying at the Public Relations and Advertising department of Istanbul University, he worked as an assistant actor at the Istanbul State Theater. While attending school and theater, he worked as an assistant to the casting director in Kanal D Domestic Productions, and then worked as a cast supervisor in many projects and served as a cast director. Between 2019 and 2021, he was a player agent at Famelog.

She started her career as a journalist at Hürriyet Magazine Services. After graduating from the Faculty of Communication of Istanbul University, he worked as a reporter, editor and TV critic in the fields of culture and arts, magazines in Yeni Binyıl, Hurriyet, Vatan and Haftalık. Between 2006 and 2014, he worked as a news director, program and news editor in different media affiliated with Doğuş Media. He worked as editorial content and communication coordinator at STR Yapım and Birand Yapım. In 2017, he made the Günaydın Türkiye program on Kanal D and worked as an editor at Kanal D News Center. Between the years of 2018-2021, he worked as Corporate Communications Manager at Demirören TV (Kanal D, Teve2, Radyo).

After completing his education at the University of Reading, UK, he had worked for marketting, digital and social media departments of corporate companies such as n11.com, Markafoni, Yapı Kredi Bank for long periods of time and at Plasenta, VMLY&R Istanbul advertisement agencies. He also worked for digital marketting communication solutions for global brands such as Coca-Cola, IKEA. With his experience in the advertising sector, he has been developing digital collaborations with many celebrities and brands since 2016.
