Talent Co. is an agency company founded by Ayça Kardeş and co-founded by Ilkay Doğan, each of whom works with a team of experts in their field. It represents the leading actors, directors and screenwriters of Turkey and aims to bring in the new talents to the sector.
TALENT REPRESENTATIVE
SONGÜL GÖKSEL
After graduating from Pera Fine Arts Academy, Cinema and Television Department and Anadolu University, Media and Communication Department in 2006, she joined the Gaye Sökmen Agency. Between 2007 and 2024, she coordinated the PR strategies and press relations of the actors in the series, film and advertising projects that the agency included for approximately 17 years and managed the agency's PR department. Songül Göksel joined the Talent Co. family in 2024, continues to work as a Manager.
TUĞÇE ONYIL
After graduating from Istanbul Kültür University, Economics Department in 2015, she started her career in the drama department of Endemol Shine Turkey. She worked in management agencies between 2018-2022 and she has been a cast director in many projects. Tuğçe Onyıl joined the Talent Co. family in 2023, continues to work as a Manager.
EMRE SOYDAŞ
Emre Soydaş graduated from Beykent University, Department of Cinema and Television in 2019, and completed a minor in TV Journalism and Programming. He began his career in commercial productions in the directing department as an assistant director, later working as a casting director on various projects. As of 2024, he continues his career in talent management at Talent Co.

GİZEM NACAK
After graduating from Istanbul University Public Relations and Advertising Department in 2009, she took part in the art team in TV series, movies, and commercial sets. In 2014, she worked as a Sponsor Manager at TV8 and Gold Yapım. She also worked as an Advertising Coordinator at ALL Publishing for L’Officiel Türkiye, ALL, ALL DECOR, L’Officiel Hommes magazines for 5 years. Gizem Nacak joined the Talent Co. family in 2023 for Brand and Digital Collaboration promotion purposes.

After graduating from Anadolu University, Public Relations Department in 2001, she worked in the Public Relations Department of a private hospital between 2001 and 2009. Then, she worked as an Executive Assistant at a management agency. She has been working as an Executive Assistant in Talent Co. since 2022.
