Born in 1982, Ozan Akbaba graduated from Akdeniz University's Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design. Due to his interest in acting, he participated in theater during his studies. He began his acting career in 2005 with the series 'Kırık Kanatlar' and has since appeared in numerous television and film projects. He gained widespread popularity and became very well-liked for his portrayal of 'İlyas Çakırbeyli' in the series 'Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz', which ran for six seasons starting in 2015. Also interested in music, he began composing his own songs. He also opened a workshop related to his architectural studies. In 2022, the film 'Anka', for which Ozan Akbaba designed, wrote the screenplay, and starred, was released. His film 'Çırak' , for which he also designed, wrote the screenplay, and starred, is currently airing on a digital platform. He continues to play the character 'Cihan' in 'Uzak Şehir', which has been one of the most watched series on television for two seasons and has already become one of the legendary productions in the history of Turkish television series.
