Born in 1992 in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Hazar Ergüçlü graduated from the Theatre Department of Haliç University Conservatory. At the age of 17, while performing on stage, she was discovered by director Derviş Zaim and began her acting career with the film "Shadows and Faces". She has reached a wide audience through numerous successful productions in the film and television world. Winning the "Best Actress" award at the Golden Orange Film Festival for her performance in the film "Snow," which she also co-produced, Ergüçlü participated in the Cannes Film Festival with Nuri Bilge Ceylan's "The Wild Pear Tree." On television, she has appeared in notable projects such as "Kuzey Güney," "Ebb and Tide," "Yüksek Sosyete," and "Flames of Fate."
