Born in Skopje in 1977, Ertan Saban graduated from the Theatre Department of the Macedonian State Conservatory and performed at the Macedonian Turkish Theatre. After coming to Turkey in 2003, he gained recognition for his acting in productions such as 'Elveda Rumeli', 'Sakarya Fırat', and 'Valley of the Wolves: Ambush'. In cinema, he participated in many national and international projects such as 'Gölgesizler', 'Başka Semtin Çocukları', and 'Lemonade'. He made a difference on screen with his character in the series 'Let Life Come As It Knows ', in which he played the lead role. Saban, who received praise for his performance as Atatürk in the film 'A Republic Song', played the lead roles in the digital series 'Persona' and 'Fer' consecutively. Saban, who is currently starring as as 'Vlad' in Fatih: Sultan of Conquests, is married to actress Ebru Özkan Saban and has one daughter.
